Maria Zerkouli
Kindergarten TeacherMy engagement with children began with the deep conviction that every child is a unique personality, with their own needs, rhythms, and capabilities. My love for education led me to study at the Department of Preschool Education of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and subsequently I chose to continue με σπουδές μου στον τομέα της Ειδικής Αγωγής, της Συμβουλευτικής και της Ηλεκτρονικής Μάθησης, expanding my pedagogical background.
Professionally, I have worked in various educational environments, teaching the Greek language to children and adolescents, designing and implementing creative activities, as well as supporting families through collaboration with multicultural communities. My experience in child and family support spaces, as well as my participation in volunteer programs, made me realize στην πράξη πόσο σημαντικό είναι να καλλιεργείται ένα ασφαλές, φιλόξενο και ενθαρρυντικό περιβάλλον για την ανάπτυξη κάθε παιδιού.
What particularly captivates me about the Montessori philosophy is the respect for the child and the trust in their capabilities. I believe that when a child is encouraged to explore, experiment, and solve problems at their own pace, they not only acquire knowledge but also build life skills, such as self-confidence, empathy, and responsibility.
My personal aspiration as an educator is to accompany children on this journey of learning and development, creating experiences that combine joy with knowledge. In the Montessori environment, I find the ideal balance between the scientific approach and the warmth of human relationships, so that every child can discover their capabilities and chart their own unique path.

Katerina Polymiridou
Infant/Nursery TeacherMy love for children, from a young age, naturally led me to pursue the profession of educator — with the goal of inspiring, guiding, and creating a safe environment, where every child has the opportunity to develop their unique abilities and skills.
I am a graduate of the Infant/Nursery Teacher Assistant specialty, with certification from E.O.P.P.E.P. and completed practical training in a public nursery. In parallel, I have been trained in Special Education, School Psychology, and modern pedagogical methods, aiming for continuous development and specialization.
My professional journey began during practical training and continued with creative engagement of infants and toddlers, as well as personal care of children in a family environment. In the summer of 2023, I took over the children's department of a private nursery in Drosia, and then I had the joy of joining the Montessorians team.
At Montessorians, I believe we can offer children the appropriate environment to grow, cultivate, and evolve — using educational tools based on the Montessori method. Through love, consistency, and faith in each child's potential, I daily support their natural curiosity and joy of learning.
Anastasia Mitrousi
Infant/Nursery Teacher - Student Montessori Teacher 0-3My love for children has accompanied me for as long as I can remember and naturally led me to turn my passion into a profession. I am a graduate of the School of Preschool Education Activities of Creation and Expression and have more than ten years of experience with children, both in a school environment and through my collaboration with families.
Five of these years I dedicated to Montessori education — an experience that gave me priceless moments of creative learning, freedom, and inspiration.
The Montessori approach is not just a teaching method for me; it is a way of life. I deeply believe that every child, when given the space and time they need, can flourish: develop independence, self-confidence, and their inner discipline, so as to evolve into a happy and complete person.
Through Montessorians, I have the joy of seeing the world through the eyes of children, but also the perspective of parents, building every day a relationship of cooperation, trust, and respect.
As a mother of two children, I understand with sensitivity their needs and try to create a warm, safe, and inspiring environment — a place where every child feels trust, acceptance, and the joy of discovering themselves through play, creation, and the daily experience of learning.
